Shipping Policy

S&S Cheesecake ships its orders by Federal Express 2-day Air from Monday - Wednesday. Overnight delivery during the week and on Thursday is available for an additional fee. Please note that we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. We recommend that you check if your recipient will be available to take receipt of the order on the delivery date-ie, not on vacation or out of town. This is especially important during the holidays. Also, be sure you have the correct address. We do not take responsibility for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses or for orders delivered to recipients that are out of town. Cheesecakes are frozen and packed individually in a customized Styrofoam wrap. In order to deliver our cheesecake products fresh to you we require delivery within two days of shipment from our distribution location. If you are shipping cheesecakes to destinations experiencing high daytime temperatures we recommend that you ship your cheesecake via overnight delivery.
