  • How Long May Cakes Be Refrigerated and/or Frozen?
    All of our World Famous S&S Cheesecake desserts may be refrigerated for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 6 months. If you choose to freeze your cake, when you desire to eat it we recommend that you remove it from the freezer and leave the cake overnight in the refrigerator or defrost on the counter for at least 5 hours.
  • What Is The Best Way To Cut An S&S Cheesecake?
    Partially thaw the cake and cut desired portion size with a sharp knife that has been briefly soaked in hot water. Wipe the knife with a damp towel in between each slice to ensure a smooth cut.
  • Why Is The e-Gift Card A Perfect Gift?
    An e-Gift Card is ordered electronically through the e-Gift Card icon on the Home Page. All e-Gift Cards are secure and guaranteed total security through our partner, PayPal. An e-Gift Card functions in a similar manner to a regular gift card however it is sent to the recipientן¿½s email address electronically and may be redeemed online for the respective S&S Cheesecake purchased under the following conditions: * The card cannot be redeemed for cash * The card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen * The card cannot be used for gratuities or tips * The card cannot be used for gratuities or tips * The card cannot be used in-store (only online redemption is processed) * A service fee of $1.50 per month may be assessed against the outstanding value if the card is not used for a 12-month period. Service fees will not apply where prohibited by law.
  • How Can I Check My e-Gift Card Balance?
    Please check the expiration on the card as each Gift Card has a long-term 1-year usage policy. All balances may be verified on the S&S Cheesecake-PayPal processing center. All details are easily accessed and self explanatory within the e-Gift Card email that his received by the recipient. In the event that any balance remains on the e-Gift Card, the balance of payment may be made online through our website.
  • Can I Use An e-Gift Card For In-Store Purchases?
    For your protection and security, purchases through our S&S Cheesecake e-Gift Cards can only be used through the online S&S cheesecake-PayPal processing center which is easily accessed through the information contained within the e-Gift Card.
  • May I Enclose A Personalized Message With My e-Gift Card?
    You may send each recipient a personalized and elegant electronic e-Message which lets your recipient(s) know that a gift is on the way! The recipient will receive an email saying that you (the sender) have arranged for them (the recipient) to receive a delicious gift from Zagat’s Rated #1 World Famous S&S Cheesecake. When the recipient clicks on the link included in the email, the e-Message will be available for viewing. The e-Message includes a personal message from you (up to 200 characters in length), as well as a photo and description of the gift you are sending. The recipient will not be able to make any changes to the order.
  • Does S&S Cheesecake Offer Discounts On High Volume Purchases?
    Discounts on volume purchases are available and can be placed through our Customer Care Department. Please call 718-549-3888.
  • Are International Orders Accepted?
    We can only accept orders for valid home or business delivery addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to APO or FPO military addresses, U.S. Territories or international delivery locations. Frequently a customer who resides outside of the United States will request to place an order for a delivery address within the United States. We can now accommodate such requests online. Enter your billing information on the buyer’s information page that will accept international billing address information. If we encounter problems securing authorization for your payment method we will contact you by email to resolve the issue.
  • On What Days Of The Week Does S&S Cheesecake Ship Orders?
    S&S Cheesecake ships its orders by Federal Express 2-day Air from Monday - Wednesday. Overnight delivery during the week and on Thursday are available for an additional fee. Please note that we do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. We recommend that you check if your recipient will be available to take receipt of the order on the delivery date-ie, not on vacation or out of town. This is especially important during the holidays. Also, be sure you have the correct address. We do not take responsibility for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses or for orders delivered to recipients that are out of town. Cheesecakes are frozen and packed individually in a customized Styrofoam wrap. In order to deliver our cheesecake products fresh to you we require delivery within two days of shipment from our distribution location. If you are shipping cheesecakes to destinations experiencing high daytime temperatures we recommend that you ship your cheesecake via overnight delivery.
  • How Are Cakes Containing Fruit Shipped?
    Cakes containing fruit toppings (Cherry, Strawberry, and Pineapple) are shipped as they appear in picture. These cakes are baked to excellence and make an exquisite gift for yourself or friends alike. Top of Page
  • What If There Are Multiple Recipients?
    You may send an order to more than one recipient at a time. As you add items to your shopping basket you will be asked to select a delivery address. Select "add an address" and you will be presented with a screen to add the new delivery address. The new address will be stored in your "My Account" pages for future use.
  • What Are The Payment Options?
    We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover and Diner's Club which can be securely entered on our site through PayPal. All prices are listed in US currency. Electronic checks (e-Checks) are conveniently processed online at check out through PayPal as well. Paper checks may be mailed in advance to S&S Cheesecake along with a print-out of the completed Order Form. Cash payments are accepted at the S&S Cheesecake Wholesale Bakery & Factory headquarters located at 222 West 238th Street, Bronx, NY 10463. The total price includes the cake, FedEx 1-2 Day Air shipping, packaging and handling fees. Sales tax, where applicable, is also included in the final amount of your order
  • I Just Placed My Order Online - How Will I Know If It Was Received?
    You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order through the internet. If you place your order via the telephone, you will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours. Please keep this order confirmation number and refer to it should you need to contact us either by e-mail or by telephone . A FedEx tracking # will also be included in your email.
  • What If I Order An Item That Is Temporarily Out Of Stock?
    If we are unable to deliver what you have ordered on the timeline requested, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm when the order will be in stock. For this reason, it is important that you remember to include your e-mail address and telephone number on every order.
