• Cheesecakes are frozen and packed individually in a customized Styrofoam wrap. In order to deliver our cheesecake products fresh to you we require delivery within two days of shipment from our distribution location. If you are shipping cheesecakes to destinations experiencing high daytime temperatures we recommend that you ship your cheesecake via overnight delivery.

• If you choose to freeze your cake, when you desire to eat it we recommend that when it is removed from the freezer and that it be thawed overnight in the refrigerator.
